Description
Hanseline - Spray with PTFE@ is offered as a pressurized gas pack. The spray is a preparation of compressed gas-alcohol-ketone mixture with PTFE as dry lubricant (polytetrafluoroethylene= technical term for the brand T e f I o nu from DuPont) and boiling limit gasoline. It contains neither greasy nor sticky components. As a result, Hanseline PTFE spray does not bind dirt. The frictional resistance is significantly reduced. Chain, derailleur, pulleys and the fine mechanics of the circuit remain smooth and fully movable.
Areas of application
A special lubricant with PTFE@ that protects, preserves and lubricates Bowden cables and linkages. PTFE@spray on the affected areas: Spray on chain, rear derailleur and idler pulleys and allow to act.
Special vehicle manufacturers particularly appreciate the non-sticky, clean application and expressly recommend Hanseline - PTFE Spray for the chains of recumbent bicycles. Especially when used in dry, dusty environments such as mountain biking, trekking or road racing, the spray shows its true capabilities.
Recommendation: Regularly re-spray in small quantities. The intervals depend on the quality and stress of the chain. Also suitable for Bowden cables and the mechanics of locks (lock cylinder).
